What if I don't know what formats I have?
That's completely normal, and it's exactly what the consultation is for. You don't need to identify anything technical. After you book, we'll email you and ask you to reply with one photo of each format you have. We'll tell you what each one is and confirm we can handle it. Don't have them handy? Just bring them to the call and we'll look together.
